Patrol officers responded to a radio name for a visitors collision at about 2.25 p.m. on Wednesday in Panorama City, a neighbourhood in Los Angeles, experiences Xinhua information company.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a number of victims with obvious gunshot wounds, the native police division mentioned.
