Joe Kent, the previous inexperienced beret endorsesed by Donald Trump, has surged to only 257 votes behind the Republican congresswoman he’s attempting to oust.
After the primary votes have been counted in Tuesday’s major, Mr Kent, 42, was a way behind incumbent Jaime Herrera Beutler, in addition to Democratic candidate Marie Perez.
